Thursday’s session was broadly negative across the watchlist, with ten of twelve tracked stocks closing lower. Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) was the session’s standout decliner, down 6% to $528.75, well ahead of the next-largest move. Meta Platforms (META) and Alphabet (GOOGL) followed with losses of 3.7% and 2.5%, respectively, and Tesla (TSLA) slipped 2.1%. Declines moderated from there, with Microsoft (MSFT), Amazon.com (AMZN), SpaceX (SPCX), NVIDIA (NVDA), and UnitedHealth Group (UNH) all down between 1.3% and 1.9%.

Only three names closed higher. JPMorgan Chase (JPM) led the gainers, up 1.2% to $339.72, followed by Visa (V), up 0.7%, and Apple (AAPL), up 0.4% to $343.46. The split left financials and Apple as the session’s relative bright spots against a backdrop of weakness concentrated in semiconductor and large-cap technology and growth names.
