Financials were the weak spot on the watchlist Monday. JPMorgan Chase (JPM) led all decliners, while Visa (V) also gave back ground, and UnitedHealth Group (UNH) slipped as well. Big tech was mixed but tilted lower: Amazon.com (AMZN), Alphabet (GOOGL), Microsoft (MSFT), and Meta Platforms (META) all closed down on the day, while Apple (AAPL) held roughly flat.

On the upside, SpaceX (SPCX) posted the watchlist’s biggest gain, and chipmakers found some support, with Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) and NVIDIA (NVDA) both closing higher. Tesla (TSLA) also added to its share price. Overall, moves across the list were modest, with no name closing up or down more than a few percentage points.

Taken together, the session split fairly cleanly along sector lines: financial and healthcare names underperformed, mega-cap tech was mixed with a downward lean, and chip and EV names outperformed the rest of the group.

Notable movers
