What moved MSTR
- Strategy purchased 4,603 bitcoin for roughly $369.7 million, at an average price of $80,318 per coin, between August 24 and August 30.
- The purchase ended a 10-week pause in Bitcoin accumulation and followed Executive Chairman Michael Saylor’s “We’re ₿ack” post on X a day earlier.

- The purchase was funded through sales of Strategy’s Class A common stock under its at-the-market offering program, which raised about $602.8 million between August 24 and 30.
- Following the purchase, Strategy holds 845,050 bitcoin acquired for a total of $63.73 billion.
